A former Superintendent of Culpeper's VDOT's headquarters in Burke was sentenced Friday in federal court to seven years in prison for his involvement in a bribery scheme. Anthony Willie, 55, unlawfully awarded nearly $11 million in snowplow work over a five-year period, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
