Jeffrey Clarence Johnson, 50, is accused of threatening a clerk at the 7-Eleven on Amaret Street in the city on Jan. 10 of last year and forcing her into a sexual act.

Fredericksburg is seeking to attract a new Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic to the Hylton property, a 90-acre undeveloped tract east of Interstate 95 that adjoins State Route 3 and Cowan Boulevard.
