Senators approve bill to expand tribal casino gambling

Senate Bill 1194 by Sen. Greg McCortney, R-Ada, was approved by the Senate by a 30-16 vote last week and now advances to the House. Sen. J.J. Dossett, D-Owasso; Sen. Allison Ikley-Freeman, D-Tulsa; and Sen. Dave Rader, R-Tulsa, voted for the gambling expansion while Sen. Nathan Dahm, R-Broken Arrow; Sen. Bill Brown, R-Broken Arrow; and Sen. Gary Stanislawski, R-Tulsa, voted against it.
